It has become very important these days to have knowledge and skill for getting employed in any sector. Keeping this in mind we arrange programs to make rural marginalized people aware to be trained and become skilled with any work and expertise in it. We want them to take part in the vocational, personality development training session provided by Shine Art Welfare Society and can be able to become financially self-dependent. We feel pleased to see them enhancing their skill and can create employment on their own.
